The Church Hill Cemetery Co. was established and incorporated in September 1870 and its principal place of business located on Churches Road in Kelly Twp. Union County, Pa the corporation is a nonprofit corporation existing perpetually to provide for the sale of burial plots, the digging of graves, providing for the care and maintenance of the real estate set aside for this purpose and for the investment and re-investment of funds to be used for this purpose. 

It is also known as: Saint John’s  Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery
